Meku Bot - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Meku Bot ("Meku", "the bot", "we"). By using Meku commands or features, you agree to these terms and to Discord Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using Meku and remove it from your server.

1. Service scope

Meku is an independently operated Discord bot that provides utility, interaction, profile, moderation, economy, game, and optional web dashboard features.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the bot in compliance with Discord policies and local laws.
• Do not abuse commands to spam, harass, exploit, or disrupt communities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, or bypass security controls.

3. Availability and changes

Meku is provided "as is" and may be updated, limited, paused, or discontinued at any time. Features, commands, or behavior may change without prior notice.

4. User content and responsibility

You are responsible for content submitted through commands, profile editor fields, and uploaded media. You must only submit content you have permission to use.

5. Privacy and data processing

Meku stores and processes limited data required to provide bot features. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.

6. Deletion and opt-out

To request permanent deletion of user or guild data, follow the instructions on Delete My Data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Meku operators are not liable for indirect losses, outages, third-party API failures, moderation decisions by server admins, or user misuse.

8. Updates to terms

We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the current version.
